DOCUMENTS NEEDED: Copy of birth certificate, recent photo, copy of health appraisal from doctor dated after 10/1/2011 and full payment.
1st Sibling = $155.00, 2nd Sibling = $125.00, 3 or more Added Sibling = $100.00, these fees do not included the $50 each Mandatory Lottery Fundraiser fee payable at the time of registration

The Gates Jr Spartans is a volunteer run organization, we can not make this work without the help of our parents and family members. When parents do not fulfill their responsibility, it is the organization and the kids that suffer – please help us provide the best program for your kids.
